Inclusions vary slightly depending on the type of tour, but most packages include:

  • Professional, licensed guide
  • Boat transport, where applicable
  • Drinking water
  • Snorkelling equipment (for most marine tours)
  • Safety gear
  • All planned stops and activities listed in the itinerary

Private land tours generally include private vehicle transport, guided stops, and scenic routes.

Marine tours include boat travel, snorkelling time, island visits (when part of the itinerary), and safety supervision.

Please note: Entrance fees for attractions such as the Botanical Gardens and certain island conservation fees (e.g., Moyenne Island) are not included unless specifically stated. This ensures you only pay for the attractions you choose to visit.

A boat tour in Seychelles is all about sunshine, water, and comfort. To enjoy the day fully, consider packing:

  • Swimwear
  • Lightweight clothing
  • Sunblock (reef-safe recommended)
  • A hat or cap
  • Sunglasses
  • Towel
  • Flip-flops or reef shoes
  • A waterproof pouch for your phone and valuables
  • Motion sickness tablets if you are prone to seasickness
  • A light cover-up or T-shirt for sun protection

Most boats have dry compartments, but Seychelles is a watery world, so assume anything not waterproof may get splashed.

Land tours are more flexible, but it helps to pack:

  • Comfortable walking shoes or sandals
  • A bottle of water
  • Sunblock and hat
  • Camera or phone
  • Cash or card for entrance fees
  • Light, breathable clothing
  • Rain jacket during wetter months

If you plan to swim at a beach en route, bring a towel and swimwear.

Hotel pickups are simple and organised for your comfort. Once your booking is confirmed:

  • You’ll receive a pickup time based on your hotel location.
  • Your guide or driver will meet you directly at your accommodation lobby.
  • For boat tours, you may be taken to the nearest jetty or marina.
  • For our Mahé island tour, you’ll be collected by car at the pickup point.

If your accommodation is outside standard pickup zones, a small transfer fee may apply, which will be communicated upfront.

The Seychelles enjoys warm tropical weather year-round, but conditions can change quickly at sea.

In case of unsafe weather:

  • Your tour operator may delay the departure for a short time.
  • If conditions don’t improve, the tour will be rescheduled to another suitable day.
  • If rescheduling is not possible, you may be offered an alternative experience or a refund according to the operator’s policy.

Safety always takes priority. Guides monitor ocean conditions constantly to ensure your experience is both enjoyable and secure.

Yes. Many families enjoy marine tours, and calm-water itineraries are available. We recommend:

  • Bringing flotation devices for very young children
  • Informing us in advance if you are travelling with infants
  • Choosing half-day tours for younger children who may tire easily

All snorkelling and boating activities are supervised for safety.

Swimming ability enhances the experience, but it is not always required.

  • Life jackets are provided on all tours.
  • Non-swimmers may still enjoy glass-clear waters from the boat and walk on shallow beaches.
  • Your guide can recommend routes and spots suitable for non-swimmers.

If you are unsure, speak to us before booking so we can match you to the right tour.

Yes, most marine tours include snorkelling masks, snorkels, and sometimes fins.
