  • We do not own boats, vehicles, or equipment used on tours.
  • We do not employ the guides, captains, drivers, or staff who deliver the tours.
  • We do not oversee the day-to-day running, maintenance, or safety protocols of any operator.

All tours, activities, transfers, and services booked through Green Tours Seychelles are provided entirely by independent operators. Responsibility for delivering the service lies with the selected tour provider.

2. Liability and Disclaimer

Because Green Tours Seychelles is not the operator of any tour, we therefore cannot be held responsible for:

  • Injury, illness, death, or medical incidents
  • Loss or damage to personal property
  • Delays, changes, or cancellations due to weather, ocean conditions, mechanical issues, or operational decisions by the tour provider
  • Incidents occurring on boats, vehicles, islands, beaches, or any location visited during the tour
  • Misconduct, negligence, or errors by third-party operators
  • Variations in itinerary, activity availability, wildlife sightings, or environmental conditions

By booking through Green Tours Seychelles, you agree that participation in any tour is entirely at your own risk and that Green Tours Seychelles bears no responsibility for any event arising from your participation in a tour conducted by a third-party operator.

3. Tour Operator Terms

Each operator may have its own policies regarding cancellation, changes, safety requirements, medical restrictions, age limits, and inclusions/exclusions.

By booking through Green Tours Seychelles, you agree to comply with:

  • The individual tour operator’s terms
  • All instructions provided by the operator before and during the tour
  • All safety protocols, equipment usage guidelines, and environmental rules

Green Tours Seychelles is not responsible for any consequences arising from a guest’s failure to comply with operator instructions.

4. Booking Confirmation

When you make a booking on Green Tours Seychelles:

  • The operator then contacts you directly to finalise timing, pickup arrangements, meeting points, and any additional details.

5. Payments
